Payments

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.  Google Pay and Apple Pay is now also available. 

Is purchasing online safe?

Payment is processed through a secure channel using the latest encryption methods for safe and secure transmission of your confidential information.  For any high dollar amount purchases, we may request additional information to verify and to ensure correct information is supplied for the order prior to processing. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship products to?

Currently we only ship and deliver products to Australia and limited products to New Zealand .  We are unable to ship to other international destinations.

Are there any additional delivery costs?

We currently offer free shipping across all our products.

Where are the products shipped from?

Products are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse and from suppliers overseas. We ensure products are sourced from reputable and quality assured suppliers.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery timeframe is between 7-14 business days.  All time frames are estimates only and there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control.

 

Warranty and Returns

How long is warranty on products?

We offer 6 months to 1 year warranty depending on product, for all purchases and for any manufacturer defects from the date the item is received.

How do I contact you for any product issues?

What if I change my mind?

We provide a 14 day period for any change of mind for the item.  The item must meet the following conditions before a return can be considered.

  • Item is unused, un-opened, brand new in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories present
  • Item must be in a re-sellable condition
  • 15% restocking fee and initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund
  • The buyer assumes the cost of returning the item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (foods, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) or bedding products (pillows, quilts, sheets, quilt covers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I get a refund?

If there is any issue on the item or if you have received a damaged item, we will request a short video or photos to demonstrate the faulty for us to assess quickly and provide a fast resolution, either with a replacement or refund as per your choice.  Simply get in touch by emailing us at support@bostin-life.com.au or call (03) 7036 2517 Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
